How to Convert BMP to PCX

BMP and PCX are both old, simple bitmap formats from the early days of PC graphics, but PCX is even older, originally popularized by MS-DOS paint programs in the early 1980s, and it stores image data with RLE (run-length encoding) compression by default, unlike BMP which is typically uncompressed.
