How to Convert HEIF to TGA

TGA was created by Truevision in 1984 and became a long-standing staple in game development and 3D rendering pipelines, well before HEIF existed. Game engines and texture tools built around TGA's specific structure generally don't have any native HEIF support, since HEIF is a relatively recent photo container format focused on consumer photography rather than texture or graphics pipelines.
