How to Convert JPEG to PCX

PCX is one of the oldest bitmap formats still in occasional use, originally popularized by MS-DOS paint programs in the early 1980s. It stores image data with RLE (run-length encoding) compression, a simple lossless method that works well on images with large areas of solid color but less efficiently on detailed photographs.
